The Full Council meets each month except for August and December when there are no meetings, but during September and January two meetings are usually held if the Clerk and Chairman agree that they are required. All Council Ordinary meetings are normally held on the last Wednesday of each relevant month in the evenings commencing at 6:30pm at the Council Offices, Llandybie.
A Planning Committee meeting is held immediately following each Ordinary Council meeting. Other committee meetings are called during the year. Finance Committee meetings to consider applications for financial assistance from various organisations are held during February and September. The latest date to receive applications for financial assistance for the February meeting is the 1st January, and the 31st July for the September meeting. If you wish to access the meetings remotely please contact the Clerk before 4pm on the day of the meeting and he will arrange access.
The 2022 Statutory meeting will be held on the 18th May at 6:30pm, immediately prior to the Ordinary meeting.
The Draft Minutes of all meetings will be published within 7 days of the date of the meeting. These Minutes will be be formally approved at the next Full Council meeting.
